    I am 100% sure question no. 4 is incorrect.. Ip address have 32 bits.and class B is 16 is Network id and 16bits are Host ID..

      Yes, it is incorrect. I searched and checked for the answer at the end.

      Patrick , there are 16 network bits and 16 host bits in class B but the 2 network bits are not usable i.e they are used to identify classes. in that context network 14 and host 16 bit answer is correct.

      But in class B in Network ID 2 bits are fixed.
